Here’s what happens when you walk in.

01 The Welcome

You’re greeted properly the way a guest should be, not a customer. A drink of your choosing is in your hand before you’ve even sat down. This isn’t a showroom formality. It’s the first sign that you’re somewhere unhurried, somewhere your time is respected, and where the next few weeks are going to feel less like shopping and more like being looked after.

02 The Conversation

Before a single bolt of cloth is unrolled, we sit with you. Properly. We want to understand who you are your lifestyle, your work, the rooms you walk into, the version of yourself you want to show up as. A suit built without this conversation is just fabric. A suit built with it is armour.

03 The Fabric

Only once we understand you do we begin looking at cloth. Every roll in our studio has a story and a provenance we can trace back to relationships built over years, often on the other side of the world. We guide you toward the weights, weaves, and colours that suit both the man and the occasion not the trend of the season.

04 The Measure

This is where the garment truly begins. Every measurement is taken by hand, meticulously, because a bespoke suit isn’t sized it’s mapped. Your shape, your posture, the way you carry yourself. Nothing here is estimated.

05 The First Fitting

Three to four weeks later, your suit returns to you for the first time still raw, still being shaped, but unmistakably yours. This fitting is where we refine: checking balance, drape, and line, and making the adjustments that separate a good suit from a Frank Bespoke suit.

06 The Final Fitting

Once every detail is right, we bring you back for the final fitting the last, precise pass before your garment is finished. This is the moment it stops being a project and becomes a piece of your wardrobe.

07 The Completion

Your suit is complete. But we’d argue this is where the relationship truly begins, not ends.

Beyond the First Suit

We don’t build one suit and disappear. We look after our clients for life every occasion, every changing season of their career and their life, every wardrobe need that comes after the first one. Some of the men who walked through our doors in our earliest years are still with us today, and we intend to keep it that way for every man who walks in next.
